Statement of Mission
The mission of the Smith Undergraduate Student Association (SUSA) is to build community among undergraduate BMGT students, alumni, faculty and staff; to ensure the rights of member organizations and students; and to provide undergraduate students input to the Dean and to the University. SUSA organizations serve their fellow students by organizing and sponsoring events and activities for all Smith undergraduates that meet a variety of academic, cultural, and advocacy interests. Bi-weekly SUSA meetings provide an avenue of communication for SGA and Senate representatives to provide input and receive feedback on academic and other university policy issues. At these meetings, SUSA also coordinates career-related events with the Office of Career Management. Meetings are held Mondays from 6:30-7:30 p.m. in the Rouse Room (1412 VMH) and are open to all BMGT students and members of BMGT student organizations.
